Booking Notes
Please meet your Hairy Coo tour bus in front of [Burns Monument on Regent Road](https://www.thehairycoo.com/faqs/meeting-point/).
- Children must be over 7 years of age. You may be asked to provide photo ID for proof of age.
- **We are unable to wait for latecomers, missed tours are non-refundable. If you are arriving at the departure point by taxi or local bus please allow extra time in case of delays.**
- Tour concludes back at Regent Road, at approximately 8.30 PM. We recommend allowing 2 hours for any onward travel in case of delays.
## ON TOUR
- Bring warm and/or waterproof clothing, no matter what the forecast appears to be…Scotland’s weather is very unpredictable!
- You are welcome to bring along a handbag or backpack on the tour, but we would advise keeping this bag as light and small as possible to maximise your comfort onboard.
- Please note that while picturesque and quaint, many of the suppliers in smaller towns across the Highlands do still prefer cash payments.
- There will be food available at some stops, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks, drinks or cold packed lunch.
**Please note, to meet demand and to prevent overcrowding in smaller Scottish towns, this tour may be provided in reverse in our peak season.**

Cancellation Policy
Our 1-day excursions require notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure in order to be eligible for a 100% refund. Should you book your tour within this period, your booking will be immediately non-refundable.

While tour cancellations are exceptionally rare, if one should occur, we’ll offer new dates or a full refund. We will aim to give a weeks notice period as a minimum.
