By booking a tour, Customer acknowledges:
- Water sports carry inherent risks
- Risks include injury, drowning, weather hazards, equipment issues
- Customer participates voluntarily
- Customer will follow Provider safety instructions
- Paddle Quest LLC is not liable for injuries or damages
- Provider is solely responsible for safety and equipment
Customer agrees to release Paddle Quest LLC from liability and hold Providers responsible for the tour experience.
