1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PadleBooking.com (“Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

PadleBooking.com is an online marketplace owned and operated by Paddle Quest LLC. The Platform connects:

• Providers – legally registered companies offering water-sport tours
• Customers – individuals booking tours

Paddle Quest LLC does not organize, operate, or control any tours. All tours are operated by independent Providers.

3. Eligibility

Users must be:

• At least 18 years old
• Able to enter into legally binding contracts
• In compliance with all Platform policies

4. Marketplace Nature

The Platform:

• Does not own or operate tours
• Does not manage Provider staff or equipment
• Provides booking, payment infrastructure, and communication tools

All services are performed solely by the Providers.

5. Account Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain secure login credentials
• Use the Platform legally and responsibly

6. Prices & Fees

-  Tour prices are set by the individual Provider (guide or operator).
-  The price displayed on PaddleBooking.com is the final price for the booking, as determined by the Provider.
-  Customers will not be charged any additional platform fees beyond the displayed price.
-  All mandatory taxes and fees required by the Provider must be included in the listed price unless clearly stated otherwise.

Paddle Quest LLC does not add hidden booking fees or percentage surcharges to customers. 

7. Payments

Depending on the tour, one of the following payment methods may apply:

Full Payment via Platform

-  The full tour amount is paid at the time of booking through PaddleBooking.com.
-  Paddle Quest LLC securely processes the payment.
-  The Provider receives the funds after the tour is completed.

Deposit Payment Option
-  A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
-  The remaining balance is paid directly to the Provider according to the payment terms stated in the tour description.
-  Customers are responsible for reviewing the tour description for specific payment timelines and conditions.

Paddle Quest LLC acts as a booking marketplace and payment facilitator for the initial transaction where applicable.

8. Cancellations

All cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Violate any law
• Provide false information
• Post unsafe or illegal tours
• Misuse the Platform or harm its functionality

10. Liability

Paddle Quest LLC is not liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, equipment issues
• Weather conditions
• Provider negligence or misconduct
• Tour cancellations
• Losses incurred by users

Customers participate in water activities at their own risk.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are governed by Wyoming law and handled through binding arbitration.

12. Modifications

Paddle Quest LLC may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
