By booking a tour through the Platform, the Customer enters into a direct contract with the Provider.
Paddle Quest LLC acts solely as a platform and is not the operator of any tour.
Customers may pay for tours using one of the following options, as set by the Provider when listing the tour:
1. Full Payment via the Platform:
The Customer pays the total tour price through the Platform. Funds are held in escrow and released to the Provider after the completion of the tour.
2. Deposit via the Platform and Direct Payment:
The Customer pays a deposit through the Platform, while the remaining balance is paid directly to the Provider according to the Provider’s instructions.
The selected payment option for each tour is determined by the Provider when the tour is listed.
Customer cancellations are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer acknowledges that water-based activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury
- Drowning
- Weather-related hazards
- Equipment failure
- Encounters with wildlife
Participation is voluntary, and the Customer assumes full responsibility for these risks.
The Provider is solely responsible for the execution of the tour.
Paddle Quest LLC is not liable for the actions, safety, or service quality of any Provider.
Customers are required to:
- Follow all safety instructions given by the Provider
- Properly use all provided equipment
- Behave responsibly at all times
- Refrain from engaging in dangerous or reckless activities
Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Disputes between Customers and Providers should first be addressed directly with the Provider.
Paddle Quest LLC may assist or mediate disputes at its discretion, but is under no obligation to do so.
