Big Blue Sports picks up charters at the Blackwood Canyon Public Pier, across from Kaspian Recreational Area. There is free street parking North of the pier and in the Blackwood Canyon turn out. There is a public restroom just north of the pier as well. If you need a different pick up location it will depend on availability, water conditions, may require an extra fee, and needs to be approved by Big Blue Sports 24 hours ahead of your charter. Before you show up for your charter, please ***read and sign*** our waiver form. Only one person needs to sign for the whole party.
The date and time you have selected is your time. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to find parking, unload and get on the boat in time. Please be sure to be on time as late arrivals may take your time away from your experience. Late arrivals will be non-refundable.
***Your travel time may be delayed by construction and summer traffic so please account for extra travel time.***
To ensure for a safe and enjoyable time on the lake, make sure you bring your towels, sunscreen, snacks and water. Wind sometimes picks up in the early afternoon and a sweatshirt or sweats may be warranted. If you are renting a cooler, let Big Blue Sports know the day before if you have not already included it during checkout.
