- On the date of your rental please meet us at the *Tahoe Keys Marina, 2435 Venice Dr E in South Lake Tahoe, CA*. Feel free to call Battle Born Boat Rentals at (530) 213-3373 to answer your timing, parking, unloading questions as you are coming in to the Tahoe Keys Marina.
##What to bring?
- Please bring $60 per hour in cash or through Venmo to pay your captain. It's also customary to give them a tip if they do a good job.
##Parking
- The Tahoe Keys Marina parking lot fills up and it will be a lot more convenient for your group to be there ahead of time and have convenient parking than showing up during the mid-morning rush of other boaters getting ready to enjoy the Lake. On very busy Summer days in high season, the easiest solution is just to book an Uber and be dropped off directly in front of our dock. You can also park passenger vehicles all the way on down the side of the road on Venice Drive E, however do not park in the residential areas beyond that!

- No Pets of any kind, sorry! While we love pets, we can't have them
aboard because of brand new upholstery and cleaning/damage issues.
- Really sorry, please don't bring your pet.
- No Red Wine
- No Glass Bottles
- No guests allowed on upper deck when the boat is in motion
- Children 12 and under must wear a PFD at all times
- No more than 13 humans total. Your children and infants count as people in the eyes of the Coast Guard.
- We cannot have more than 13 guests at any
point in time due to US Coast Guard regulations. We cannot pick you up
at our dock and then pick up a bunch more of your friends elsewhere if
that would bring your passenger count above 13, sorry!
- **Pro tip**: Show up early!
Cancellation Policy
##Cancellation Policy:
Battle Born Boat Rentals will only cancel on your reservation from our end with a full refund if winds are forecast above 20 knots on the date of your booking or the Air Quality Index in South Lake Tahoe, CA is above 300 AQI. If your group wishes to cancel or postpone their reservation, we can offer to hold a credit for your reservation which holds its value for a rental later in the season or the next season, and this credit never expires.
