- Driver must be born in 1987 or prior or have taken a NASBLA Boater's Safety Class and be at least 21.
- No wake in no wake zones.
- Boats are not permitted to go under any bridge. Boats can not go under the bridge in Weeki Wachee or Aripeka
- $50 late fee every 30 minutes the boat is returned late.
- No grills or anything that can burn the boat
- No towing, tubing, or skiing What and Who to Bring at Check-In
-Driver's Valid Driver's License
-Proof of Completed Boater's Safety Class if born after 1987
