Thank you for booking the Baltimore Water Cruise. Your cruise departs from the Fell’s Point stop at 901 S. Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21231, unless otherwise noted on your ticket.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure and wait at the top of the ramp. A crew member will check you in and scan your digital ticket before boarding. We depart promptly at the posted departure time so all guests receive the full 60-minute cruise experience, and late arrivals may be left at the dock.

Guests may bring their own food and beverages onboard at no additional charge. If you plan to consume alcohol, please bring valid government-issued photo ID and be prepared to show it upon request.

This is a rain-or-shine experience. Hazardous weather or unsafe marine conditions may delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel the cruise for safety.

Cancellation Policy

### Important Cancellation and Refund Notice

Baltimore Water Cruises tickets are **final sale unless Trip Protection is selected and purchased at checkout**.

With Trip Protection, the Ticket Price is refundable or may be rescheduled only if Harbor Boating receives the request before the ticket is first scanned, checked in, accepted for boarding, or issued onboard, and before the cruise’s scheduled departure time.

Tickets purchased onboard are considered used when issued.

Without Trip Protection, tickets are nonrefundable even if unused, except when Harbor Boating cancels the entire cruise and does not provide a replacement departure.

Trip Protection charges and separate FareHarbor Booking Fees may be nonrefundable. Complete terms apply and must be accepted at checkout.
