##Reservation Details
- **Boarding time for all tours is 15 minutes prior to departure.**
- **Changes/Cancellations:** On all cruises the cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the tour date for a full refund. Customers can make these updates through their email confirmation, or by contacting our sales office. Cancellations made with less than the required time frame are not eligible for refunds.
## Additional Information
- Food and beverages are available for purchase on all cruises.
- **Seating is first-come, first-served on all tours.**
- **Weather Cancellation:** If we have to cancel a tour due to weather, we will notify you as soon as possible and then provide a full refund, refund to a gift card, or change your reservation to a different date. If the weather is questionable, please be prepared for communication from our office by email and/or phone. For the most part, we do try to operate tours rain or shine. Tour boats have enclosed areas for your comfort. We will only cancel for extreme situations such as storms or wind where it is not safe to operate.
- **ADA Service Animals Allowed:** We allow ONLY ADA-certified, trained, and properly identified SERVICE animals that are trained to assist with a specific disability. No other pets can be permitted. This includes emotional support animals and therapy animals.
- **Credit Card Charges:** Charges will be listed on your statement as “Lake Geneva Cruise Line.” (For some cards, the charge may show as just “STRIPE” while it is clearing.)
