##Check in Information:

Check-in is located at the north end of the marina BEHIND THE VICTORIA'S SECRET STORE.

Arrive at least 45-minutes before your tour reservation. This will give you time to park and walk to the boat. Park your car in the north area of the garage. Walk to the farthest northern point of the marina. Go to the white kiosk next to the dock with blue flags that say "BAYRIDE CHECK IN". You need to check-in there before lining up at the boat.

**Terms and conditions**

- Tickets not refundable for any reason.
- If you don't get your boarding pass at least 30 minutes before the cruise, your reservation may be canceled. If this happens, the tickets are valid for the next available tour, anytime for 1-year until you use them.
- Seating is limited and not guaranteed. If you don't find a seat, you can stand and move around the boat.
- There will be a raffle during the cruise. While we don't encourage passengers to participate due to the time commitment (approximately 2-hours), if you choose to do so, please ensure you get all the relevant contact information needed. Miami Tour Company is not affiliated with the raffle and will not be able to provide more details later.
- Strollers are allowed
- As we are a booking agent for contracted operators, you agree to hold us harmless for all actions by others, and our liability is limited to a refund of the monies paid us.
- You must show a valid ID. We train our staff to recognize counterfeit credit cards and fraudulent identity documents. Violators will be arrested by police.

The cruise lasts approximately 90 minutes. There is a full bar on the boat with snacks and drinks available for purchase.

You have the option of getting your picture taken. Pictures are then printed and ready when you return to the dock. The price is approximately $20; cash only for the photo.
