#####Day of Reservation
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation time so that we can go over paperwork and do a quick safety briefing before departure. If you arrive late we cannot
compensate you for missed time, so please be early!
**Unless you notify us that you will be late on the day of your reservation, your reservation will be marked as no-show 30 minutes after the designated start time, and you will be charged the full price of the trip. If we are notified before the designated start time that you will be late, we will hold the boat for no more than 1 hour until you arrive. We will not be able to extend your return time for late arrivals.**
#####Marina Location
- Our marina location is Sandestin Marina at 8330 Mike Hayes Blvd, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Once you get to the gate of the resort, tell the guard that you are going to the marina and they will direct you there. Parking is free, and we will meet you at the foot of the dock by Marina Bar and Grill.
#####Liability Waiver, Bareboat Charter Agreement, and Captains Agreement
- Please review the Liability Waiver and Bareboat Charter Agreement before your booking so that we can get on the water as quickly as possible. There will be a list of approved Captains and Crew provided on the form. Please contact your preferred Captain and Deckhand to contract them for your trip. We will need you to sign the form before you and your group board the vessel on the day of your charter.
#####Captains Fee
- Captains and Crew are paid separately from the price of the boat rental. Captains and Crew are paid on the dock BEFORE departure, to ensure they are under contract for the duration of your trip. This is mandated by the US Coast Guard.
- Captain/Crew fee is $100/hr. Cash is the best way to pay.
-Tips: If you feel that your captain and deckhand were accommodating, please leave them a tip! Our captains and crew work hard to provide a good experience to all of out customers, and tips are greatly appreciated. Customarily tips are 15%-20% of the boat price.
#####Safety Equipment
- The boat will come stocked with all necessary safety implements. There will be enough PFDs for everyone onboard, however if you would like to bring one for yourself please feel free. The Whiskey is a 40' vessel, so children under the age of 6 are not required to wear lifejackets while underway, however if that is your preference we provide children's lifejackets as well.

What to Bring:
- Towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, ice, lunch materials, snacks, drinks, cell phone, camera
- Alcohol, cans preferred over glass. You cannot buy alcohol from the vendors on the water, so bring what you would like.
#####Prohibited Items
Please do not bring any of the following items on the boat:
- Grills, guns, portable burners, fireworks, candles, drugs of any kind (besides prescribed medications).
- There is NO SMOKING allowed while on the boat. Vaping is OK on the deck.
