We get it, life happens! If you aren't able to make it for your scheduled reservation, give us a call or email and we can reschedule for you!
**IMPORTANT NOTICE:** When you get closer to King’s Landing, it is possible you will encounter a long car line. This car line is not for King’s Landing and is for Kelly Park next door to us. You do not have to wait in this car line. Please put on your hazards and slowly drive on the opposite side of the road until you have pasted the car line. If there are any officers present directing traffic, please inform them you are going to King's Landing and they will direct you where to go. King’s Landing is located at the end of the road.
- When you arrive: You will park alongside the street outside the entrance. Once you walk into the park, to the left of the front office you will see a welcoming tour sign where your tour guide will greet you.
**When you arrive at King's Landing to park**, please ensure that you are parked completely over the solid white line and that no part of your vehicle is overhanging on the main section of road. If you have any concerns on where to park, please ask one of our staff members for assistance. If your car is overhanging on the main road, there is a chance that you will receive a parking ticket from the deputies. King's Landing is not held liable for anyone who receives a ticket for not parking correctly.
**CHECK-IN CHECKLIST**
Guests can check-in up to 30 minutes prior to the reservation start time.
If you are renting a vessel, one valid form of identification is required to be held for each reservation. (Driver’s License, Military ID, Passport, Fishing License, etc.)

Locker rentals are available on site to store personal belongings while you are paddling.
**CHECK-OUT CHECKLIST**
If you are renting a vessel from us, you are required to be in our office no later than your reservation end time to check-out and pick up your ID’s.
If you are bringing your own vessel, you are required to be back at our launch no later than 4:30pm, as we close at 5pm. This allows 30 minutes to load all equipment and exit our gate by 5pm.
Any guests who bypass the "Blue Wristbands Turn Around" sign and continue on the full Shuttle Run trip without registering first will be charged a $50 pick-up fee per vessel.
**RULES AND REGULATIONS**

- No Styrofoam
- No Illegal Narcotics
- No Pets
- All children must be 2 years of age or older
- No Motors
- No Speakers, No exceptions. We understand that a lot of folks like to enjoy music on the water, but because of the prior irresponsibility of other guests, speakers are not allowed on any vessel launching from King's Landing. Our hope is that this allows for better experience in nature for everyone visiting. Thank you for your understanding.
