Customers with **individual or small group bookings (1–5 guests)** will receive a **full refund** with **at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.**
For **groups of 6 or more guests,** or when booking **more than 50% of available spots, a minimum of 72 hours’** notice is required to receive a **full refund.**

If you need to **reschedule within your cancellation window,** we’ll do our best to accommodate your request; however, **rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.**
Customers will also receive a **full refund or option to rebook** in the case of **operator cancellation** due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our tours operate **rain or shine.** Light rain and typical island weather are considered safe and part of the adventure. If our **captain and crew determine that conditions are unsafe,** we will cancel the tour ahead of time and offer guests a **full refund or the option to rebook** on another date.
