Book online and get your gear dropped off OR pickup between 8.30am – 5.30pm every day at Mangawhai Heads beach!

Paddleboard Hire

We have a great selection of paddle boards for hire. Sizes range from 9ft to 12 ft and many different constructions.

We'll give you a quick intro, tips and tricks for paddle boarding and set you up with the right gear and places to go.

Kayak Hire
We have over 30 quality open-top kayaks for hire, they are premium kayaks with fishing rod holders

We recommend kayaking in the Mangawhai Harbour as your first choice or Tomorata Lake second choice
You can take kayaks out at the beach also.

Soft racks are available to transport up to 2 kayaks on your vehicle which is very easy and safe - we recommend this option

We will set you up with the right equipment and give you the best spots for kayaking!

Booking Notes

All equipment is collected from our Surf Shop at 11 Te Arai Point Rd. Te Arai
Most Surfboards can be transported in your car. Or if you have roof racks on your roof racks.

Paddleboards, Kayaks, Surfboards that wont fit in your car will go on your roof racks or trailer.

If you dont have racks that's ok we have Soft racks that work for all gear and vehicles
They are free of charge . Its easy and everyone does it.
