Coming from out of town? If joining us at Lake Macquarie, we are located at Raffertys Resort which has plenty of accommodation to suit your needs.

##Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your booking to allow you enough time to sign in. **However we recommend you sign in prior to arriving via the online pre-arrival waiver. You should receive an "action required" email from "wherewolf" at the time you made your booking. This will save you time when you get here therefore only needing to arrive 10 to 15 mins prior. For Boat, Kayak and SUP hire only the group leader or captain needs to sign in..........

##What to wear:

It's best to wear comfortable/warm clothing that you won’t mind getting a bit wet! When it's cooler weather make sure you bring a Hoodie, jumper or jacket to keep you warm. You may get wet but don't worry because you are waterproof, the most important thing is to stay warm and a hoodie or jumper is the best option. You can always take it off if you get hot.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure time otherwise no refunds given.

In the event of rain, Lake Mac Watersports will determine if the ride or Boat Hire will be cancelled or not. In this case, cancellations will be accepted on the day of departure and either rescheduled or refunded

If Lake Mac Watersports cancel a ride or a boat hire due to bad weather we will reschedule. If this is not possible booking fee will be refunded.

In the event of inclement weather, mechanical issue or external safety concerns Lake Mac Watersports may be forced to cancel the ride.

In the event of cancellation Lake Mac Watersports will endeavour to give all passengers as much notice as possible. Refund or rescheduling of ride will be offered to all passengers affected by cancellation
