Sunscreen must be applied 30 minutes before tour start time. Sunscreen will not be allowed to be applied at/on the boat.
Check-in starts 15 minutes before tour start time and is located at the boat Dock X, Slip C-08. Boat will leave dock at tour start time.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. We can wait up to 15 minutes past tour time before departing, in respect to other guests.
