#Check in information
Each event takes place at a different location. We will meet at a specific boat ramp/ launch spot for each event. Please stay tuned for further details regarding the event:

Specific information will be sent out prior to the event.
What to Bring:
- Please dress appropriately for the weather. We recommend dressing in layers to allow for comfortable paddling in changing conditions on these longer paddles.
- uSnscreen
- Water
- Dry bag / Waterproof phone case if you have your own (We also sell and rent these. Please reach out if you’re interested.)
**If you arrive late to the event, your booking may be canceled.**
##Know Before You Go:
At Capital SUP safety comes first! We do not allow paddlers to enter the water when there are signs of lightning, thunder, or high winds. Life jackets must be worn at all times.
We still allow paddling in light rain! Tours still take place rain or shine, unless otherwise notified.
Management actively monitors the weather and if the radar suggests heavy rains or storms we will let you know if we have to cancel activities due to unsafe conditions.
Any bookings that have to be canceled by Capital SUP will be credited for future service. This rain check is redeemable all season long and is transferrable to others.
Credit will not be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the event or in the case of a no-show, where the paddler fails to attend without prior notice.
