Rates
**Private Charters start at $2700**
This rate includes a captain and 2-3 crew members assigned to your charter. Additional crew can be added for an additional fee and private charters to Lanai are also possible - just ask us about the current rates.
Times
- Morning: 6:15am - 12:30pm
- Afternoon: 1:00pm - 6:00pm

About
It is just so luxurious to have the boat all to yourself! Whether you're planning a proposal, celebrating a birthday or family reunion, or just want the boat to be filled with your dive buddies only, private charters are the way to go.
Our boat is a 46 foot Newton Dive Special, roomy and comfortable with warm showers, a large marine head, and plenty of room in the sun and the shade.
**Certified Divers and snorkelers** can both be accommodated on this adventure! Morning charters offer the calmest seas for heading out to Molokini, and we will do our best to go to the sites that you desire when the conditions permit.
If an afternoon charter works better for you, the good news is that we offer those too! There are many wonderful sites that we can hit in the afternoons that everyone can enjoy.
Private charters include snacks as well as juices, water and sodas.
**DIVER MEDICAL FORM REQUIRED:** All certified divers are required to complete a medical history form and some will be required to obtain their physician's release to participate in scuba diving. [Here's a link to the form](https://mauidiamond.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/DiverMedicalForm.pdf) for easy reference and in case it's needed for a doctor visit. ***Divers who are required to obtain a medical release to dive and who show up without one will be welcomed aboard as passengers but will not be able to dive and will not be refunded.*** We'd rather get to take you diving, so please get this done!

Here’s what you need to know about your upcoming trip aboard the MAUI DIAMOND:
**CHECK-IN DETAILS:**
Check in for your trip aboard the Maui Diamond will be at Slip 23, Maalaea Harbor.
**BRING** your certification card (certified divers only), a reusable water bottle, a towel, and a jacket for your surface intervals.
**DIVER MEDICAL REQUIRED** Certified divers should view their waivers well ahead of time in case a physician's release is required to participate in scuba diving. **REMINDER TO ANYONE DIVING:** You need at least an 18 hour surface interval after diving and before flying or traveling to elevation (for example, zip line tours or visiting Haleakala), so please plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
**We have a strictly enforced 96 HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:** There are no refunds for anything changed or cancelled within 96 hours of your check-in time unless we are able to rebook your spaces.
We cannot guarantee specific dive sites; all locations are dependent on weather conditions. Therefore, we do not issue refunds if we have to divert to a different site than the one planned for the day.
