We are located at 101 W Miracle Strip Pkwy, Mary Esther, FL 32569. You can park anywhere in front of the Old Painted Garage and walk straight back behind it and down below to the water. We are the only company sailing from this location, so you can't miss us.
**YOU MUST ARRIVE 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. We cannot hold the boat if you are not on time due to traffic, parking, etc. If you do not arrive on time you will be considered a "No-Show.”** Upon arrival please check in with the captain at the boat.
Mary Esther & Hwy 98 has very high traffic in season so please account for that and allow yourself extra time. If you do not make the boat you will not be refunded or rebooked, so please please make sure to allow yourself enough time.
Private Charters can be delayed up to 30 mins, after that you will be considered "No-Shows" and the trip will be canceled or rebooked with those on standby. Private charters that have a delayed departure will not have time “made up”. Your late arrival eats into your existing time slot and will not be recovered at trip end.
We provide a cooler, ice and cups, so bring your favorite beverages along. Beer, wine and liquor is acceptable and glass bottles are ok! The boat has a bluetooth stereo, mini fridge, electric air pump to fill up floaties. Don't forget sunscreen!
18-20% GRATUITY of your charter rate for your Captain is customary for good service. Please tip accordingly.
Pets are welcome on Private Charters only and you must notify us if bringing your pet. Service animals allowed upon receipt of documentation and notice. You are responsible for your pet and any clean up or damage. $150 clean up/damage fee will be charged for any messes left behind.
In addition, a $150 human waste fee will be charged for any clean up due to (but not limited to) urine, vomit and fecal matter.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may make any changes, rebookings, cancelations up to 7 days prior to departure. Whether you made your reservation within that 7 days or not. Booking cancellations or rebooking requests will not be permitted within 7 days of your trip departure *unless* Trip Protection is purchased. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of OPERATOR cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We will call you at the very latest, an hour before your scheduled cruise if your cruise has been canceled. If you don’t hear from us, your cruise is still a go.
For private charters, The Captain can delay departure up to 30 mins, if you have not arrived by then, you will be considered a no show and we reserve the right to take standby passengers at that point. "NO-SHOWS" will not be issued refunds or rebook options. Time will not be made up.
We require 7 days notice of cancellation for reasons other than inclement weather at the time of departure. Cancellations made before the 7 day deadline will be issued at full refund. In the event that your reservation is cancelled by management for bad weather at the time of your excursion, we will do our best to reschedule you or you may cancel at no charge at that time. We do offer the option to purchase a Trip Insurance for 12% of the subtotal that will allow you the option to cancel or Modify your reservation up to 48 Hrs in advance. Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days notice or no-shows with out the trip insurance will not be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund guests for every illness, family emergency, death in the family, delayed flight, or unexpected crisis that may occur.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. For weather related issues, we may "wait out" a brief shower, reschedule for another day during your stay, or refund if unable to reschedule. "NO SHOWS" will NEVER be refunded or rescheduled!
