**Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure** for check-in and mandatory safety briefing.
Our Captain will meet you by the dockhouse at **CHELSEA PIERS MARINA at Pier 59**.
The entrance to the marina is on **11th Ave** (also known as Hudson River Greenway or West Side Highway) across from **W17th Street**. Facing the water, on the left [south] side of the Chelsea Piers complex.
Please wait by the dock gate and our captain will greet you there and escort you to our boat.

At check-in you are required to present a valid photo ID and the credit card that was used to pay for your booking. The name listed on the credit card must match the name on your booking. If no proof is established, the payment might be refunded to the card on file and the booking deemed invalid. You may provide another form of payment on the dock.
** Our boats depart on time. There is no refund issued for customers who do not show up for their scheduled departure.**
