Come observe blue whales, humpback whales, gray whales, killer whales (orcas), dolphins, sea otters, mola molas, seals, sea lions, jellyfish, pelicans, sooty sheerwaters, sea turtles, and much more in their natural environment aboard the nicest and largest boats on Monterey Bay, the Goddess Fantasy. Our on-board Marine Biologists will share their passion to educate and amaze you with facts about these magnificent animals.
Moss Landing, the departure point of Sea Goddess Whale Watching, is situated in the perfect location at the mouth of the submarine canyon midway between Santa Cruz and Monterey. The canyon’s depth (about 1 mile) and nutrient availability, due to the regular invasion of nutrient-rich sediment, provide an ideal habitat for many marine life forms that feed, play, and live in their underwater park.

What to bring
- Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure and allow extra travel time from May - September
- Layered clothing. Sweatshirts with a hoodie are great.
- Closed toed shoes
- Sunglasses. Polarized work best for ocean spotting.

- Bring cash for parking, payable in the harbor masters office
- If prone to sea sickness, take Dramamine the night before and again 1 hour before departure
