Booking Notes
**Know Before You Go:**
This is a rain or shine reservation. You are the Captain and drive the boat. A Boater Card is not required for rental. **Please arrive on time or up to 30 minutes to your reservation** in order to allow time to complete the rental agreement, required waivers, and Captain instruction/training. We have binoculars and blankets just ask when you check-in for your reservation.
**PLEASE NOTE, Your return time is unchanged should you arrive late** and your instruction time becomes part of your reserved rental period. This reservation is non-refundable if it is made within 48 hours of your launch time. No-Shows will be charged according to the reservation made
You must be 21 years old and over and Sober to operate our Electric Boats. Pets are allowed on boats (fee applies). Food & beverages & alcohol are allowed on the vessel however, boats are to be returned in the same condition as provided or a cleaning fee of $75 will be assessed. No Smoking is allowed on the Vessel. A boat recovery fee of $200 will be charged should smoking occur.
Cancellation Policy
We offer free cancellation and a **full refund for cancellations 48 hours in advance** Contact us by phone or email info@esteroadventures.com should you need to cancel your reservation. **No-shows, as well as cancellations made WITHIN TWO DAYS of your reservation date, will be charged the full amount of your reservation.**
