1-Hour Hydrobike Ride – Day, Sunset or Glow on Alamitos Bay

Explore United States

Price from: 35 USD

Sit up out of the water and pedal a hydrobike around Alamitos Bay, one of the calmest spots to get on the water in Long Beach. Most riders get the hang of it in about a minute. Cruise past the beaches, boats and waterfront homes at your own pace. It's a stable, drier alternative to kayaking or paddle boarding, and one of the most unique things to do in Long Beach.

Pick your ride:
- Day Ride: afternoons on the bay. Kids 4 to 9 can ride along with an adult (adult and child together 250 lb or less).
- Sunset Ride: timed so the sun goes down while you're out on the bay.
- Glow Ride: after dark, every hydrobike is LED-lit and the lights reflect on the water. A favorite for date night in Long Beach.

Good to know:
- Rides are private to your group: up to 20 guests per departure, and back to back departures for larger groups
- Life jackets provided; each hydrobike has two cupholders and a small cubby. Bluetooth speaker on request
- Everyone else pedals their own hydrobike and must reach the pedals, usually around age 10
- Want more time on the water? Book the 2-Hour Hydrobike Ride
