If we are meeting at a scheduled time, please arrive on time or contact us a few days in advance to adjust. If your rental is being delivered, it will be at your pier at the confirmed time, ready to go.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Weather Policy
90% refund if cancelled 21 days or more before reservation.
50% refund if cancelled 14 days before reservation.
No refund if cancelled 7 days before reservation.
Weather-Related:
Bad weather happens, and Mercer Boat Rentals cannot guarantee good weather for your entire rental.
50% refund may possibly be granted if Mercer Vacation Rentals determines the weather is unsafe (lightning, high winds, storms) for the majority of your rental.
Overcast or light rain is not grounds for cancellation.
