#Thank you for booking your trip with Hard Merchandise.
You will receive another email closer to your departure date to reconfirm the departure time and weather conditions. Angelica Fisheries is located at 63 Rodgers street, Gloucester, Ma. 01930 right behind the iconic Gloucester House Restaurant. All trips will depart from this location. Public parking is available adjacent to the restaurant.

We need a minimum of 4 people to run the trip. If we do not meet the minimum a refund will be given, or you will be allowed to change your date without a cost.
#Final payment:
Any remaining balance is expected to be paid in full by cash before departure.
- What to bring: sneakers or boat shoes. Jacket, hat, rain gear, sunscreen, and camera.
- Food: please bring a cooler with ice for your food and beverage.
- Tipping: our mate does a lot of the dirty work to make the most of your day. A 15-20% tip is customary on charters and very much appreciated.
- Fish: all fish belong to charter except for giant bluefin tuna which under federal regulations requires a federal permit to possess.
**Note About Refunds & Cancelations:** A minimum of two weeks advance notice is required to cancel a charter, and the payment will be returned. If within two weeks, the deposit or equivalent to the deposit will only be returned if we can schedule another charter on that date. If bad weather forces cancellation (the captain's decision made at the dock), the deposit will be applied to another day. If another day can’t be scheduled for this season, the deposit will be used for the next season.
Should poor weather develop, a full-day offshore sportfishing charter may be downgraded to full-day inshore, full-day inshore will be downgraded to half-day inshore, etc.…

**Note About Refunds:** Your charter is completely refundable 14 days before the charter date. After 14 days prior, it is non-refundable, subject to circumstances.
If the weather is bad, the charter will be rescheduled. If unable to reschedule the captain will offer a refund, less processing fees.
