Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 7+ days in advance will receive a full refund or credit. No-shows or reservations cancelled within 7 days of trip departure time are non-refundable. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone at 727-862-5516 to inquire about cancellations.
