- All Operators must have a valid Driver's License AND a valid Boater’s License and be at least 18 years of age.
- All operators must sign our Waiver of Liability.
- NO TOWING is permitted behind any rented vessel.
- The Lessee is responsible for any and all damages including but not limited to: theft, collision, and vandalism.
- A 25% non-refundable fee for reservations is required in order to confirm all rentals.
- We require a $2500.00 damage deposit at time of rental and full rental balance must be paid before boat/PWC is released to Lessee. Deposits may either be cash, Visa or MasterCard. ALL - DAMAGES ARE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF RENTER.
- No persons shall consume alcohol or drugs prescription or other while operating or prior to operating any boat/PWC.
- Daily rental is from 9:00am to 4:30pm; Sunday rental is from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
- 1/2 Day rentals are 4 hours maximum.
- Late returns will be subject to full daily rental fees.
- Boat/PWC is rented full of fuel and must be returned full of fuel. (MTH gas pumps are open for fuel).
- Rentals are subject to availability.
- Mountain Trout House Marina reserves the right to change Rates, and Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
- Trailer is not included.
