Your booking is confirmed once we receive either:
• The full payment online, or
• A deposit paid in person.
After payment or deposit is received, you will receive a booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the customer less than three (3) days prior to the activity “3 Hours Speed Boat Trip with Skipper”, the customer is entitled to a 50% refund of the total payment.
The company reserves the right to cancel the activity in case of extreme weather conditions or any circumstances that may compromise safety.
In such cases, the customer may choose between:
• A 100% refund of the total payment, or
• Rescheduling the trip to another available date with favorable weather conditions, upon agreement with the company.
