👨✈ Hire a captain for your boat rental:
All our boats are offered **without a captain**, but you are welcome to hire an independent USCG licensed captain if you prefer not to operate the boat yourself. You may choose a captain you already know, or we can provide you with a **list of local licensed captains**. Captains are not employees or agents of Boat Rental Seekers, and all arrangements and payments are made directly between you and the captain.

We provide **2 delivery methods**:
**1. Regular Delivery**: $0 (No-additional-cost)

**2. Private Home Delivery**: $75 (delivery and pickup)
*Only available for multi-day rentals.*

Local knowledge is important for navigating the area. If unfamiliar, you should use GPS and stick to clearly marked channels. Don’t be afraid to ask locals for advice – they are usually happy to help out. But a few extra bucks are well worth a professional guide when boating in the area for the first time.
💡 *Please ensure you conduct your own research or seek recommendations from family and friends, especially if they are locals or experienced boaters. While we do have a list of recommendations, it's important to note that our primary service is providing you with the boat.*

Cancellation Policy
- **Standard reservations**: Cancellations must be made at least **24 hours** before your rental start time to receive a full refund.
- **Holiday reservations**: Cancellations must be made at least **72 hours (3 days)** before your rental start time to receive a full refund.
- If you **cancel inside the required notice window**, you will receive **no refund**. Please be sure of your dates. We have a short rental season and last-minute cancellations impact availability for other customers.
- Cancellations must be made by **phone call only at (941) 267-1524**.
- **Weather exception**: If the **National Weather Service** issues a **Small Craft Advisory** for our area, we will not allow any rental boats to launch. In that case, you will receive a **full refund** and **no cancellation fee** will apply.
