Booking Notes
#Important Check-In Information:
Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure time at our ticket booth located at 202R WILLIAM STREET. After checking in at the ticket booth, you will receive boarding passes. You **do not** need to print the tickets that come with this confirmation email. Boarding passes will be given to you at check-in and are required for boarding the vessel. Boarding will begin 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
For your security, at check-in you may be required to present the credit card that was used at the time of booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card **must be identical** to the contact name listed on your booking.
Please note that parking availability around the Historic Key West Bight is VERY limited, and therefore finding a parking spot may take longer than expected. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time. Please plan accordingly!

**What to Wear**
Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended (high heels are not recommended).
Sunscreen, hats and sunglasses are encouraged. There will still be some sun right before sunset!
A light jacket is a good idea, as it can get cooler out on the water than on land, especially in the evening hours.

Personal alcoholic beverages are not allowed on board. We serve complimentary beer, wine, champagne, soda & water on our sunset sails. Mixed drinks are available for purchase.

Gratuity for your hard-working crew is greatly appreciated! We have enabled a "pre-paid gratuity" option as part of the booking process. Our crew thanks you in advance for taking advantage of this feature.
**Important:** Any directions or maps provided by Classic Harbor Line are only a rough guide. You are responsible for arriving at the activity's meeting location on time, so make sure to check with a second source that can provide specific directions from your starting point.
**Detailed Directions and Parking Information**
Check in 30 minutes prior to departure time at the Classic Harbor Line Ticket Booth located on the side of the Schooner Wharf Bar at 202R William Street in Key West, 33040. Our ticket booth is located at the bottom of William Street. You must check in at the ticket booth prior to boarding to receive your boarding passes. If you're having trouble finding us, please call our ticket booth: 305.293.7245. Boarding will begin 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Limited parking is available at a Pay-And Display Municipal Lot on Caroline Street between Margaret and William Streets (to your right as you approach the water at the end of William Street). Parking rates are $4 per hour, and the machines are credit card only.
There is a Pay-And Display Parking Garage located on the corner of Caroline and Grinnell Street. Parking rates are $4 per hour, and the machines are credit card only.
Biking or renting a scooter in Key West is perfect for getting around! There are plenty of places to stow your bike/scooter near our dock.

* Cruise into Key West on Route 1 (the Overseas Hwy), which becomes North Roosevelt Blvd.
* Take a right on White Street.
* Take a left on Eaton Street .

Cancellation Policy
##Refund/Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule, refund, or convert your tickets to a gift certificate up to one week prior to your scheduled departure time. Requests for cancellation, refunds, reschedules, gift card conversions must be made over the phone with a ticket booth representative at 305-293-7245, or you can email your request to info@sail-keywest.com. You may also purchase Trip Cancellation Protection during the booking process for further cancellation protection. TCP allows a booking to be cancelled for full refund (minus associated fees) up to one hour prior to the trip. Day-of cancellations are non-refundable/non-reschedulable unless you have purchased Trip Cancellation Protection. No-shows will be charged in full and not refunded.
