Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund or credit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. If we cancel your trip due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll also receive a full refund or credit. Please call us to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time—guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be marked as a no-show. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly!
