Cancellations
- Full refunds are issued for cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled departure.
- No refunds are given for cancellations within 14 days or in the case of no-shows.

Pickup is at Mansfield Dam Park and is $5/person cash only. Please plan to be there at least 20-30 minutes to get through the gate and park especially if your charter is on a Saturday, it’s the busiest day of the week.
There’s a no glass rule on the lake and we ask that you don’t bring any glitter, chips or anything red that can potentially stain the boat. There is a potential $250-$500 cleaning fee if something does stain or if the cops do catch you with glass. We will provide a cooler full of ice, waters and lily pad to hang out on.
I will connect you with our captain about 30 minutes before the charter.
The only expense left would be to the tip for your captain. We typically see 20% and can be paid after through some form of a cash app or cash.

Cancellation Policy
- All charters start at time of reservation, unless previously discussed. We suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to reservation to handle your rides, and park paperwork if applicable.
- In the event of an early return due to weather, or Mother Nature. Nauti ATX will provide an in-store credit for the remainder of the trip.
- Weather related cancellations are determined solely by the owner or company representative of Nauti ATX.
- We do not offer rebates for late arrivals.
- Cancellations made prior to 14 days days will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled trip will NOT receive a refund.
- All Guest must sign a Release Waiver upon boarding, and before departure. This is Not Negotiable.
