LOCATION
The home for Hilton Head Boat Charters is:

ARRIVAL TIME:
Please arrive at the marina 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

PARKING
When you arrive at Hilton head Marina – You will turn into the marina at the silver Airstream trailer. From there you will go to the stop sign and turn right. You will be in a parking lot between two yellow buildings. Feel free to park there in any area that is labeled marina parking. As a heads up, during the busy season (June – August), the marina may have parking attendants to show you where to park.

FOOD AND DRINK
Are 100% welcome - including adult beverages. If you bring red wine - bring cups with tops.

GRATUITIES
We get this question a bunch from our guests, is it customary to tip your captain? The answer is yes - gratuities between 15-20% of the base retail value of your tour are common and based on your discretion on how your captain performed.

CANCELLATIONS
Are allowed up to 48 hours in advance of your departure time. Within 48 hours of departure time, cancellations for any reason will be charged the full retail fare of the trip

WEATHER
Your captain will make the call on weather and cancelling/rescheduling your tour up to an hour prior to your tour. Should the weather not allow us to go out, we will make every effort that we can to reschedule you. If we cannot reschedule you, we will provide a full refund of any fare that you have paid.

WAIVERS
Please complete waivers for all parties prior to arriving at the marina. This will save you time and ensure that we make an on-time departure.

Cancellation Policy

Guests that have purchased Trip Insurance can cancel their charter at any time for any reason up until 1 hour prior to charter departure. This allows us enough time to notify our captains of any changes.

Guests that have not purchased trip insurance will have up to 72 hours to cancel their reservation for no fee (minus the trip insurance amount).

Before 72 hours from charter departure time = 50% refund
Before 48 hours from charter departure time = $25% refund
Anything inside of 48 hours of charter departure date and time will be charged full amount of the charter.

Poor weather and resulting cancellation from Hilton Head Boat Charters will result in a full refund if we are not able to schedule you for another date and time.
