Booking Confirmation — 3-Lesson Progress Pack
Your reservation includes the date of your first lesson. The schedule for the remaining two lessons will be arranged directly with our administrator or instructor on site, depending on surf conditions and your availability. This way, you’ll always surf at the best possible time.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation or one free reschedule up to 24 hours before start.
Inside 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable. A reschedule inside 24h is not guaranteed and may be approved by the school subject to availability (staff override only).
- Weather & safety. Start times may shift to match surf/weather. If we must cancel for safety, you can choose a free reschedule or full refund. We’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp.
- Late arrival / no-show. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Arrivals >10 minutes may reduce lesson time without refund. >20 minutes may be treated as no-show (no refund).
- Packs (3-lesson / 7 days). Free cancellation at least 24 hours before the first session. If you decide not to continue after your first lesson and give us at least 24 hours’ notice before the next booked session, the completed lesson is charged at the single-lesson price of €49 and the unused balance is refunded: €68 from a €117 pack. Individual sessions can be rescheduled at least 24 hours before their start.
- Refund method. Refunds go to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
Important Information
You confirm you are fit for water activities and will disclose any relevant medical conditions before the lesson. Failure to disclose is deemed assumption of risk; Ocean Freaks is not responsible for complications from undisclosed conditions.
