We’re looking forward to getting you on the water! Please read before your tour:
-Watch your email and texts. This is how we’ll send important tour updates, including weather or location changes.
-Please arrive 20–30 minutes early for check-in, waivers, gear, and a quick safety briefing. We understand things happen, so if you're running late, call or text us ASAP. Tours must leave on time for the rest of the group, and late arrivals may miss the tour.
-Weather: Florida weather changes fast. Please don't assume your tour is canceled because the forecast looks questionable. If we need to delay, change, or cancel your tour, we will contact you.
-Bug spray: Please apply bug spray before arriving and do not spray it in or around the kayaks. DEET and other sprays can damage the equipment.
-Dress to get wet. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that can handle water. Bring water and a towel, and leave anything you don't want wet in your vehicle.
-Physical requirements: Kayaking is an active outdoor experience. Guests should be comfortable getting in and out of a kayak and paddling for the duration of the tour. Please contact us before arrival if anyone in your group has mobility concerns or other limitations that could affect their ability to safely participate.
-Kayak assignments: Kayak type and seating may be adjusted based on safety, guest size, conditions, and group needs. If you booked a specific upgrade, we'll do our best to accommodate your reservation.
-Wildlife & bioluminescence: You're joining us in a natural environment, so wildlife sightings and the intensity of bioluminescence can vary from night to night. You are with the best around don't worry.
