Cancellation Policy
-For semi privates cruises customers will receive a full refund with 72 hours notice of cancellation.
-For private cruises customers will receive a full refund before 30 days notice of cancellation. After 30 days the full ammount will be charged.
-All requests for changes to dates and activities can be made subject to availability with 5 days notice prior to the activity.
-If the customers does not appear at the time of departure, the full amount will be charged.
-In case of bad weather and the access to the island is not possible gift card will be issued from our side for one year at the same period. This card can be used by you, your relatives or friends
-The company reserves the right to change or modify the programm of the scheduled cruise or to cancel it due to bad weather or for reasons it considers unsafe for the customer. In case of cancellation by us, the full amount paid will be refunded.
-The company reserves the right to cancel the cruise due to insufficient number of passengers . The Minimum number of passengers is 8 pax
-For half days tours if the passengers for half day sunset is not enough the half day morning cruise will come back to Adamas.
