About
Our 3hr Shell Key Shelling Trip is offered from our Main location inside Johns Pass and offers around one hour on the island exploring and shelling with around an hour ride down the back protected bay waters on a relaxing, safe, and fun trip. On the ride back to Johns Pass, we will cruise down our beautiful gulf beaches when weather allows, if its a little bumpy the ride back will also be in the back protected bay waters. We will often spot dolphins, seabirds, manatees and other wildlife on the ride out and back!
Booking Notes
Thank you for booking your **3-hour Shell Key Shelling trip** with us! The boat departs promptly, so we kindly ask that you arrive **at least 30-45 minutes** prior to departure. This allows us time to check you in and provide your boarding pass.
- **Early Arrival:** Feel free to arrive early and explore our souvenir shop, where you can purchase sunscreen, hats, beach apparel, and more.
- **Parking Deal:** Enjoy **$7 all-day parking** in our parking garage. This discount applies when you book a trip with Hubbard’s Marina and is valid all day, even after your trip.
- **John's Pass Activities:** Take advantage of your time in **John’s Pass** for shopping, dining, or strolling along the scenic boardwalk with beautiful water views.

**IMPORTANT:** Your **3-hour Shell Key Shelling trip** departs from **Hubbard’s Marina, John’s Pass**. Please arrive **30-45 minutes early** for check-in and boarding.

1. Take a ticket upon entry.
2. Bring it to check-in, and we’ll add $7 to your booking.
3. Get a **voucher** for your dashboard.
🚌 **Oversized Vehicles:** Park in **Shell Lot** (next to Yogurt City). Ask for a parking voucher at check-in.

## Cancellation Policy
### 1. Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance
- No charge for cancellations made at least **24 hours before the scheduled trip or event**.
- *Example*: If your reservation is for 10:00 AM on Saturday, you must cancel by 10:00 AM on Friday to avoid any fees.
### 2. Cancellations Made with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice
- A **50% cancellation fee** will apply for cancellations made **within 24 hours** of the scheduled trip.
- *Example*: If your reservation costs $100 and you cancel less than 24 hours before the trip, you will be charged $50.
### 3. No-Shows
- **Full charge** for each seat reserved if you fail to show up without notifying us.
- *Example*: If you reserved 2 seats at $100 each and do not show up, your credit card will be charged $200.
