Renting is a wonderful way to explore the creeks and marshes of the Lowcountry. Take in all the sights and sounds this amazing area has to offer from the seat of your kayak. COA offers a wide range of top quality kayaks for all guests and experience levels. We have sit-on-Top kayaks and touring kayaks for rent.

Booking Notes

**We would like to thank you for booking a kayak rental with Charleston Outdoor Adventures.**

#Please arrive at our office and departure dock 10 minutes before your rental time.

**Address: 1871 Bowens Island Road Charleston, SC 29412.**

**Liability waiver**
Every individual in the group must complete an [electronic liability wavier](https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/v/coawaiver/) prior to arrival. This can be forwarded via text or email to others in the group. Adults must complete one on behalf of each minor.

**Directions:** We are located between James Island and Folly Beach. From Folly Road (SC-171) turn onto Bowens Island Rd (about 1.5 miles before Folly Beach) There will be a large sign for Bowens Island Restaurant at the turn. The paved road will turn to gravel. Follow this road to the end where you will find Bowens Island Restaurant, a parking lot on the right, and our office along the right side of the boat landing.

Especially on Saturdays, we recommend checking the GPS to ensure you account for traffic in your travel time. Please call or text our office if you will be running late.

Please plan and dress accordingly to ensure comfort and safety while out in the heart of the Lowcountry. Look ahead at weather forecasts and bring plenty of water with you.
