We recommend sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, drinks/snacks, a towel, and anything you’d want at the beach. There’s a cooler onboard to keep things cold and plenty of dry storage for your bags.
Cancellation Policy
Captain Clearwater will process a full refund or issue a credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Your safety is our top priority. All passengers must follow U.S. Coast Guard regulations and listen to captain and crew instructions at all times.
Life jackets are provided for all ages; children under 6 must wear them while the boat is moving.
Please notify the captain of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before departure.
Alcohol is permitted in moderation (beer, seltzers, white wine only). For safety, no hard liquor or red wine is allowed onboard.
Glass containers are discouraged to help prevent accidents.
Trips may involve getting in and out of the water. Guests should be reasonably mobile and comfortable on boats.
