It is 36 foot Meridian Yacht. It has two bedrooms, one bath with toilet and shower, Living room area open to the kitchen with a refrigerator on the lower level. It is a two level Yacht, with lower area as living area with two smart TV's and a Bluetooth sound system, and outdoor second level has seating for guests. The front of the boat has comfortable built-in mats for sunning and entertainment area.

- Fishing poles
- And pretty much anything the color red that will stain, like tabasco, red wine or Flamin Hot Cheetos
##Important information:
- All contracts must be filled out properly and submitted prior to booking. Any blank spaces left on the contract means it is void. Credit card information is required in case there are any damages that occur while you're on board.
- The organizer of the party is responsible for the entire party's actions. If you are unable to control your party or are unable to follow the captain's safety rules, your tour will be canceled immediately without a refund. Safety is our #1 priority.
- BYOB and all drinkers must be 21 of age or older.
- Children 12 or under must wear life jackets at all times, and parents must provide their children with life jackets. We provide life jackets for everyone else on board. For every five children on board, there needs to be one parent to help with their supervision.
- Everybody boarding the boat must sign a liability waiver before departure or you will not be let on.
- Violence of any kind will not be tolerated on board the boat. There's no room for that on the lake. If the party organizer cannot control their people, the boat will turn around and return to the dock and you will be charged in full
- Parties are responsible for any and all damages, which will be paid in full before leaving the boat. If damages are made to the boat, the credit card on file will be charged immediately. Costs include materials to fix the damage plus time and expenses.
**Examples:**
- Puking on boat: $300.00
- Damaging seat cushion: $300.00
- Damaging seat backing: $1,000.00
- Burning a hole in the floor or cushion: $400.00
**Weather:**
- Up here in the Hill Country, there can be buckets of rain pouring in one spot and not a cloud in sight in another. Because of this, your captain is the only authority who can cancel a booking due to weather conditions like thunder, lightning and highwinds.
- Lake Travis is approximately 23 miles from downtown Austin. Just because it’s raining in Austin does not mean it’s raining at the lake. In fact, due to the evaporation on the lake, rain is rare. And when we do get rain, it typically lasts for about 15 minutes. You'll be fine.
