#Things you need to know about your Visit Palm Beach Excursion
**Masks are required during check in, boarding and while moving around the boat. Masks are optional when sitting.**
Please Note: NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES, COOLERS OR LARGE BAGS PERMITTED ON THE BOAT
This excursion departs from the Clematis Street docks in Downtown West Palm Beach. Located at 141 South Flagler Dr. directly across the street from the Lake Pavilion and E.R. Bradley's restaurant.
- Please check-in 45 minutes prior to departure time at our Blue Waterfront Activity Station (Little Blue House) located on the waterfront. (across the street from the Lake Pavilion & E.R. Bradley’s Restaurant) **CHECK-IN ENDS 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO BOARDING. ANY LATE ARRIVALS MAY MISS THE BOAT WITH NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING.**
**CHECK-IN LOCATION:** Blue Waterfront Activity Station located at 141 South Flagler Drive at the end of Clematis Street on Flagler Drive (Little Blue House).
Please allow yourself ample time to park and get to your check in location on time.
NOTE: there is construction happening in the downtown area.
(Valet Parking may or may not be available during the first Phase of re-opening Palm Beach County, please plan accordingly for ample time to park.)

- Gratuity is not included in the cost of the trip. If you would like to show your appreciation after your wonderful experience, cash tips are always welcomed by our crew.
- Groups of 6 or more (even if booked separately) are automatically charged an 18% service fee. If you do not choose the right selection we will charge accordingly at check-in.
- We accept cash or credit cards onboard the Hakuna Matata.
- Please note, all catamaran excursions must have a minimum of 10 passengers or the trip will be rescheduled for a later date/time. Private charters take precedence over public trips.
Cancellation Policy
**VISIT PALM BEACH REQUIRES all cancellations be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time** to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made same day or with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. GROUPS MORE THAN FOUR (4) MUST GIVE 48 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE. GROUPS MORE THAN TEN (10) MUST GIVE 7 DAYS CANCELLATION NOTICE. **TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE** Private Charters take precedence over public cruises.

**Weather Policy**
Weather- we do not go out in dangerous conditions ie: Thunder, lightening, high winds, etc. We try to wait until close to the trip to make the call since weather moves so quickly in S. Fl. If there is just a light rain, we still go out and a good portion of the boat is covered. Cruises may be delayed while we wait for weather to pass. If it does not look like it will let up we will have to cancel. In that case you would have the option of a refund or reschedule.
