Booking Notes
- Os clientes devem informar com a devida antecedência quaisquer alergias, intolerâncias, restrições alimentares, condições de limitação de mobilidade, condições médicas e clínicas, que possam impossibilitar algum tipo oposição para a permanência na embarcação, em prejuízo de si mesmo, dos restantes ocupantes e da tripulação;
- O custo do serviço prevê todas as despesas relacionadas com a embarcação, combustível, skipper, marinheiro, seguro e se aplicável, “Drink” fornecido a bordo;
- Não é permitido qualquer tipo de bebida alcoólica, exceto as fornecidas pelo serviço;
- Proibido qualquer tipo de animais domésticos a bordo;
- Obrigatório respeitar e cumprir todas as normas de segurança implementadas a bordo da embarcação;
- Não é permitido fumar e/ou foguear na embarcação.
Cancellation Policy
The company reserves the right to cancel the departure of the vessel if the weather conditions constitute a danger to the vessel, the crew and other occupants of the vessel. The amount paid for the service will be 100% refunded (when booked directly with NAUGIT, excluding bookings made through partners) or, if desired, a new date will be scheduled for the service;
The company reserves the right to cancel the service provided without the right to a refund of the amount paid, if the weather conditions change during the service;
The company reserves the right to cancel the departure of the vessel due to mechanical problems. The amount paid for the service will be 100% refunded (when booked directly with NAUGIT, excluding bookings made through partners) or, if desired, a new date will be scheduled for the service;
The company reserves the right to cancel the service if, upon arrival or during the service, the customers or any of them are under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances, and the amount paid for the service will not be refunded;

Customers must inform in advance any allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, mobility restrictions, medical and clinical conditions that may make it impossible for them to remain on the vessel, to the detriment of themselves, the other occupants and the crew;
Smoking and/or open fires are not permitted on the vessel.
