6 day whitewater Kayak Course – Rio Noguera Pallaresa Spain

Explore Spain

Price from: 699 EUR

This kayak course takes place on the Rio Noguera Pallaresa, a river that is as beautiful as its name. We paddle sections of white water rated Class II, III, and IV. Advanced whitewater kayakers will feel right at home here.

The river offers plenty of variety. Expect waves, holes, sharp eddies, and strong current. The riverbed is fairly technical, which means your paddling skills and technique will be challenged throughout the week. On calmer stretches, there is time to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings, including the impressive Collegats Gorge.

Below you’ll find information about how the course and holiday are structured, what to bring, and how to travel to the location. Please also read our page Holiday – Important Information before booking.

Program

Day 1 – Arrival Day (Sunday)

At 16:00 we meet at the campsite for introductions with the instructors and other participants. We explain the course program and hand out any rented equipment. If you bring your own gear, it will be checked for safety.

Days 2–6 – Paddling Days (Monday to Friday)

These are full paddling days. There is no rest day.

Please make sure you have breakfast and prepare your packed lunch before 08:30 each morning. We are on the river until approximately 16:00 each day. Evening meals are not provided, as we do not travel with a mobile kitchen.

On Friday, our final paddling day, we end the week with a group dinner at a restaurant near the campsite.
