Perfect for groups of up to 6, Cowfish offers a smooth and comfortable ride with just your crew and our experienced captain. Cruising at around 20 knots, she can take you to the snorkel spot, the sandbar, or out to search for dolphins you can choose any two activities for your 4-hour trip. Originally built for the waters of the Pacific Northwest, she’s designed to handle a variety of conditions with ease and stability.

Our captains are US Coast Guard licensed professionals, and our guides are educated biologists, but they are also members of the service industry. If you feel that your crew provided excellent customer service and enhanced your experience, you may decide to leave them a tip at the end of your trip, just as you might with a server in a restaurant. A customary gratuity is based on 10-20% of the ticket price and is never asked for or required. No matter what, we always do our best to give you an excellent experience. We know that you have many wonderful options for activities, and we greatly appreciate you choosing us! We offer this ahead of time so you do not have to worry about it on the boat. Large groups, 6 or more, will automatically have an auto-gratuity of 20% added after their reservation is made. If you do not enjoy your trip and this automatic gratuity was added on, please let us know, and we will make sure to take care of you. The crew greatly appreciates you.
**WEATHER:**
It can be chilly on the water and we have plenty of space on board, so please feel free to bring anything that may help keep you comfortable while out with us. Especially between the months of November and March, it can be quite chilly out on the water. Please bring layered clothing, windbreakers and/or blankets.
**PARKING:**
Give yourself extra time to park. Driving and parking in Key West is not practical so if you can avoid it please do! You can take a Lyft or the best way RIDE A BIKE!
Bike parking is the best parking! Easy to find racks very close to the boat.
There is a City Pay Parking Lot (around $30 to park for the day) located on Caroline street that is very close to our boat and is found directly across the street from restaurants Pepe's and Harpoon Harry's. This is convenient and easy when there are spaces available. If you are coming on a morning trip it will most likely have space. Afternoon or sunset it may not. Holiday weekends no parking by afternoon for sure.

Cancellation Policy
###**CANCELATION POLICY:**
- **For Private Charters**, tickets can be refunded until 30 days prior to the scheduled boarding time. Within 30 days of the trip boarding, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your trip.
- **Weather:** The activity runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive a full refund
