Thank you for reserving your ticket aboard the Miss Lizzy.
- Please arrive 45 minutes before departure and check in with the crew to verify your boarding ticket.
- Boarding will begin 15 minutes before departure. If you arrive late and miss the boat, your ticket will not be refunded. Departure time will not be delayed for late arrivals.
- You may place coolers/gear in the boarding line to hold your boarding place marker. If you will be renting a rod/s or need bottom rigs, please have cash available for these items. -
Mates work for tips, 15-20% is customary.
- Please do not bring coolers larger than 65 quart and rods longer than 7'. You may bring food and drinks, alcohol is allowed, heavy liquor is not recommended.
- We are a USCG Certified vessel with ZERO tolerance for drugs (marijuana in any form, is strictly prohibited and parties will be removed without refund).
Cancellation Policy
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
If you reserved your ticket in error, please call 410-610-6283 on the day you made reservation, and leave a voicemail with your name, phone number and date/time of reservation. We understand accidents happen.
We do not offer refunds due to unforeseen circumstances such as flat tires, speeding tickets or traffic. Please plan travel time wisely to ensure timely arrival. Your ticket purchase impacts all customers as we have a minimum and maximum ticket sale count to confirm or close reservations.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip and will issue a full refund for cancellations caused by weather, mechanical issues, and any unforeseen circumstance that will prevent us from providing a safe and pleasurable experience.
