- We recommend arriving at least 15 - 30 minutes prior to tour start time.
- Please do not arrive 'fashionably' late as we leave prompt at designated times.
- Park in the grass by our outpost.
- Umiak Staff will outfit you with a life jacket, paddle, and boat. We will then make our way to the water.
##Winooski Outpost Directions:

From Stowe:
1. Take Rte 100 South approximately 8.8 miles to the traffic circle (just PAST the exits for Rte 89).
2. Turn right onto Rte 2 west.
3. Drive 1.9 miles on Rte 2 west until the [Waterbury Flea Market (Farr's Field)](https://www.google.com/maps/place/Waterbury+Flea+Market/@44.3568431,-72.7951104,15z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x4cb59eaec570091b:0x4484080925375cba!8m2!3d44.3568431!4d-72.7951104!16s%2Fg%2F11hy9phkm9?entry=ttu) on the left.
4. Follow the dirt road into the field, straight back and to the right.
5. The Umiak outpost is at the edge of the woods.

From Burlington:
1. Take Rte 89 east to Waterbury Exit 10.
2. Turn south onto Rte 100 to the roundabout.
3. Turn onto Rte 2 west (2nd exit of roundabout).
4. Drive 1.9 miles on Rte 2 west until the [Waterbury Flea Market (Farr's Field)](https://www.google.com/maps/place/Waterbury+Flea+Market/@44.3568431,-72.7951104,15z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x4cb59eaec570091b:0x4484080925375cba!8m2!3d44.3568431!4d-72.7951104!16s%2Fg%2F11hy9phkm9?entry=ttu) on the left.
