Please report to Berth C 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time of your tour and show your booking confirmation upon arrival.
The ferry has an enclosed cabin downstairs but the top deck is open so we recommend dressing appropriately for the conditions (sun, wind or rain protection depending on the weather on the day).
Cancellation Policy
**Weather Cancellations**
East by West (EBW) reserves the right to cancel the tour if weather conditions are unsuitable for the trip or will likely lead to discomfort of passengers (usually above 30 knots constant wind). There is no cost to the customer if EBW decides to cancel and any money paid prior to the booking will be refunded.
**Other cancellations**
If Ika Rere is unavailable due to a unplanned mechanical issue or other unexpected event we can offer an alternative experience (subject to availability) or offer a full refund – depending on the preference of the customer.
**Customer cancellations**
East by West will treat customer cancellation requests on a case by case basis and reserves the right to not refund a trip if we deem the cancellation request is unreasonable.
