Cancelation Policy
24 hours before departure: 100% refund
Less than 24 hours before departure: free rebooking or 50% refund
Late arrivals and no shows: no refund.
We issue a 100% refund if the captain cancels the cruise due to weather or other safety reasons.

- All waivers must be signed before departure.
- To save time at boarding, follow the link at the top of this email and sign now.
- Please forward this email to all guests in your party and ask them to sign ahead of your cruise.
- A parent or guardian must sign for minors aged 18 and younger.
- Hard copy waivers will be available onboard for anyone unable to sign electronically.

Follow the **tiki covered walkway** at Snug Harbor all the way to the end. Note that we do not have an office on site so please proceed directly to the boat.

##Gratuity
Our licensed captains have many years of experience, and they ensure a safe and fun ride during the tiki party. It is customary to tip your captain for their service.

- Bring your ID, Snacks, Drinks, Water and Sun Gear
Your cruise starts at the time scheduled for the duration selected. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to departure to load your beverages.
- If you are bringing children and you have life vests they are comfortable in, feel free to bring those, we will provide life vests otherwise. Please note that children 6 and younger must wear a life vest for the duration of the cruise per USCG regulations.
- The credit card use to reserve will remain on file and may be used for time overages, excessive cleaning, lost or damaged equipment.
- The maximum capacity is 6 passengers and include children and infants.
