Tickets are non-refundable but are eligible for rescheduling up to 48 hours prior to departure. Credit will NOT be given for absent passengers or if you miss the taxi. Be sure to arrive at the dock early for Outbound General Seating taxi rides as the boat leaves at the time specified, just like an airplane. Full refunds are issued in the event of a shutdown due to bad weather. Scheduled trip times are subject to adjustments, if necessary, due to rain-delay, passenger volumes or other scheduling efficiency issues.
