**Maximum capacity** is 15 passengers per boat. If your party is greater than 15, you'll be split onto different boats.
**Departure Time** Due to various circumstances like weather, tidal conditions, mechanical issues, minimum passenger requirements, etc….. I understand that the departure time for my scheduled tour is subject to change to a different departure time in which I originally booked. In the event that the departure time does in fact change, I understand that I will be notified by the company via the email address or phone number I have provided. I understand that it is my responsibility to arrive at the revised time for the tour. I understand and agree that NO REFUNDS will be issued due to any changes to my scheduled departure time.
